ENHANCE was established 2020 within the European Union’s “European Universities Initiative”. TU Delft joined the alliance in November 2022.
ENHANCE is an alliance of ten European universities of technology with a strong focus on innovation and research.The ENHANCE alliance is part of the ERASMUS+ programme for European universities.
The aim of ENHANCE is to enable the seamless mobility of students, researchers and staff and to strengthen close networking with society at all levels. Through close collaboration between the universities in education and research, the alliance aims to develop new innovative concepts to address the challenges of tomorrow and advance a sustainable digital and social transformation.
Within the ENHANCE project TU Delft leads the Work Package, ‘Future Skills for Engineers and Scientists’, which aims to identify and deliver the critical future skills and experience our STEM graduates will need to thrive and remain competitive in a resilient, global, and value-based European Society.
