TU Delft Research Presents TU-Delft & India Space Collaboration to Dutch PM.
Dr R. R. Venkatesha Prasad, Associate Professor at Embedded Networked Systems group, was invited to speak during Prime Minister Rutte’s visit to Bengaluru, India during the G20 summit on September 11th. Prime Minister Mark Rutte was present as part of the Economic Mission from the Netherlands to India. Venkatesha Prasad gave a talk during the Plenary Opening Session of the Business Seminar, which was followed by Track Sessions. Venkatesha Prasad talked about the space research collaboration between TU Delft and the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)/ Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) in the panel that was joined by Prime Minister Mark Rutte. Dr. Prasad provided information on many cooperative works with Indian organizations. Specifically, Dr. Prasad with his collaborators from IIST explained the current projects on which both entities are working. At the end TUDelft and IIST scientists gifted a memento to the Prime Minister depicting a BioSensor for space life experiments.
