TU Delft start-up MEZT addresses nitrogen crisis

In the spring of 2019 The Netherlands get confronted with a nitrogen crisis. The largest source of nitrogen in the country is the agricultural sector. TU Delft start-up MEZT thinks it has a solution for the problem at hand. With their innovative new method, nitrogen emissions are collected before they deposit. At the same time fertilizer and electricity can be made while processing manure.
TU Delft Campus spoke with founders Adriaan Lieftinck and Edward Sibeijn and co-inventor professor Jules van Lier about their innovative new method to try and tackle the nitrogen challenges of the Dutch agricultural sector. Read the whole article here (in Dutch).
