BENEFIT Health Innovation Fellowship opportunities
The EIT Health's postgraduate programme BENEFIT Health Innovation Fellowship is looking for fellows with a background in design, business, engineering and medicine. Fellows will work in interdisciplinary teams to investigate and develop solutions for real clinical needs. For one year, they will experience a full innovation cycle from need to implementation.
BENEFIT is a collaboration between Industrial Design Engineering, TU Delft, Erasmus Medical Centre Rotterdam and KU Leuven (Belgium). The programme organises trainings in innovation and entrepreneurship in a real-life clinical setting following the Biodesign methodology.
During the programme, teams will focus on one clinical area. During a 2-month full-time clinical immersion, teams will systematically identify all innovation needs in this area. The most pressing need is selected to develop a solution to bring to the market.
