Pharmacy/chemist
You will need to register with your local pharmacy or chemist. You can do so on your first visit. Prescription (or restricted) medications are available at the apotheek (pharmacy or chemist). Over-the-counter (unrestricted) medications are available at a drogisterij (pharmacy or drugstore). In the Netherlands, most people register with the pharmacy or chemist in their neighbourhood.
How does it work?
Contact a pharmacy in your area and ask them how to register: Find a pharmacy in Delft (in Dutch).
To fill a prescription outside of office hours, go to the emergency pharmacy in Delft: Poliapotheek Reinier de Graaf.
