Policy Stances

As the representative body for early career researchers, DYA's board will be taking clear positions on key issues impacting early career scholars at TU Delft. To develop these position papers, DYA will actively seek input from the community, ensuring there is ample time and opportunity for voices from the DYA network to be heard and considered. This approach aims to ensure that the perspectives of early career researchers are well-represented in shaping important discussions and decisions.

1. Position paper on promotion criteria. In combination with the results from the survey(s), this position paper will provide statistics and recommendations from the DYA’s perspective.
2. Position paper on iedereen professor (everyone professor). Opinion piece on the national iedereen professor movement.
