Parametric study of gas phase plasma-assisted reactions

Plasma is highlighted as one of such promising technologies for alternative energy methods. The main aim is to measure the effects of parametric variation of operating conditions such as gas flow rate, pressure and microwave power in gas phase plasma-assisted reactions. The outcome should include the reaction mechanism and kinetics model with optimized parameters, and new design guideline for the pilot scale or industry scale plasma reactor.
