CONFERENCE FEE
Before July 1st 2023 you can register using an early bird fee. The early bird fee is € 175,- per person (incl. VAT).
Registration after 30 June 2023 is € 200,- per person (incl. VAT).

Last minute ticket, starts July 1st 200 euro
The conference fee includes for two days: coffee breaks, lunches, drinks, and dinner on Monday.
Hotel is not included (see below for more info)!
Participants who have submitted an abstract are not automatically registered for the conference. These participants do need to register again using the form so that we can collect more information (e.g. diets) and perform the payment. The concerned people will benefit from the early bird ticket.

HOTELS

REGISTRATION
The online registration form is hosted by aanmelder.nl. It is registration and payment in one. Payment is possible with iDeal and Creditcard. You can register and pay for multiple people at once. The fee is collected by 'Delft Congress Support'.
