You are currently standing outside Aerobics and the DOJO. Inside these halls, we offer approximately 40 different daily classes known as 'ticket hours.' These classes range from martial arts to yoga and include fitness lessons like Bodypower and High-Intensity Interval Training. The complete schedule for these ticket hours can be found on our website. With your X subscription, you are welcome to join as many ticket hours as you like. They cater to all experience levels, making it a fantastic way to stay active and improve your strength and fitness.
Did you know: With an X subscription, you can also book these halls for personal training when they are not being used for classes.
