Pole fitness is an intense workout where you train your whole body. This workout combines dance, acrobatics, cardio and strength training. The challenge is to execute the movements as elegant, fluent and efficient as possible. This requires good muscle control. By exploring new techniques in every class you will get stronger every time.

In the beginners' course, you will learn the basic techniques on the pole. You will start each class with a warming-up, followed by some strength-building conditioning. The first class will start with some spins. You will build up strength to go upside down in the later classes.
