A nunchaku consists of two (often wooden) sticks connected by a short metal chain or rope. Although its use is deeply rooted in Eastern martial arts, the weapon has gained global popularity largely thanks to the remarkable Bruce Lee, who wielded it masterfully in his films.

Interested in acquiring the graceful dexterity and impressive skills of Bruce Lee? Then start Nunchaku-do, the semi-contact martial art in which the traditional weapon, the nunchaku, is central. Nunchaku-do offers numerous benefits, including improving your hand-eye coordination, motor skills, agility and self-confidence.

Within Nunchaku-do, you can develop your skills through four different disciplines: Kumite (combat), Kata (mock battle against imaginary opponents), Freestyle (exercises to music) and Nunchaku-Jutsu (self-defence using the nunchaku).

In this course, you will learn through a lesson plan that has been specially developed for this martial art. You start with the basics and gradually work up to more advanced techniques.
