Juggling is an engaging and dynamic skill that combines physical dexterity with mental focus. It has been practised for centuries across various cultures, often seen in circuses, street performances, and as a form of recreational exercise. Juggling not only improves hand-eye coordination and concentration but also offers a fun and challenging way to stay active.
During the lessons, you will learn the ins and outs of juggling. The instructor will break down the movements step-by-step, allowing you to practise each component. You will find out that rhythm and timing are key! Juggling takes time and effort but it’s rewarding in the end! By the end of the course, you will be able to juggle with 3 or 4 balls in different patterns.
