Biography
Jorge Constantino is a Ph.D. candidate at TU Delft’s Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management and a member of the AI Futures Lab at TU Delft. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Law from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Australia. He completed his master’s in Technology Law with Cum Laude at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU) in the Netherlands. Jorge's research is focused on the interaction between human actors and technologies around data, privacy, and artificial intelligence in the security sector. Jorge utilises a multidisciplinary approach to combine law, policy, ethical AI, and organisational learning.
Jorge previously worked as a qualified lawyer in Australia practicing in areas of human rights, immigration law, criminal law and prosecution work, and administrative and constitutional law.
