Faculty Scholarship Microelectronics Promising excellent international students and (conditionally) admitted to the 2-year Regular TU Delft’s MSc programme in Electrical Engineering (track Microelectronics).

With a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 80 percent or higher of the scale maximum in the bachelor’s degree from an internationally renowned university outside The Netherlands.

QuTech Scholarship

Excellent international students, specifically interested in quantum technology, and (conditionally) admitted to one of the 2-year Regular TU Delft's MSc programmes:

- Quantum Information Science and Technology (QIST)
- Applied Physics,

- Computer Engineering, or
- Embedded Systems

With a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 80 percent or higher of the scale maximum in the bachelor's degree.

Excellent international applicants (conditionally) admitted to one of the 2-year Regular TU Delft’s MSc programmes, with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 80 percent or higher of the scale maximum in your bachelor’s degree from an internationally renowned university outside the Netherlands.

Talented and ambitious international applicants admitted to one of the 2-year Regular TU Delft’s MSc programmes:

Submit your complete MSc application with the mandatory scholarship documents (including 2 reference letters and scholarship application form) before the scholarship deadline. Your MSc application will then be reviewed and an admission decision given; at that moment you will also be considered for a Scholarship.

Candidates must not wait for an admission decision to submit a scholarship application.

Scholarships offered to MSc-students of all TU Delft faculties, academic period 2025-2027 (only Fall Semester)
