Profile

I am a random person who finds her purpose in conducting transdisciplinary research in engineering education context, with the focus on authentic education, social awareness, and inclusion & diversity. My interests also extend to addressing challenges in higher education and cultivating transdisciplinary skills.

Currently, my research focuses on informing the needs and strategies to update engineering curricula. The goal is to foster transdisciplinary skills among engineering graduates, equipping them to tackle modern complexities among technology, humans, and society in their future endeavors. This research is promoted by Hanno van Keulen  and supervised by Éva Kalmár and Jorge Martinez Castaneda.

Certified as a Mandarin teacher by Beijing Language and Cultural University, I have teaching students with various cultural backgrounds, since 2019. Previously, I worked in the semiconductor industry as a Learning & Development specialist under the HR umbrella. Through this experience, I gained practical skills in cross-cultural communication, learning & development, talent acquisition, teaching, stakeholder management, and public speaking.
