Besides working as a chemistry teacher in upper secondary education I conduct my own PhD research on the topic of design practices in chemistry education. I'm interested in teachers' beliefs about design in chemistry education and the way in wich these design activities enhance students' micro-macro thinking with structure-property reasoning.
