Biography
Rolf Künneke is emeritus Professor Economics of Infrastructures at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management (TPM) of Delft University of Technology. He graduated as Diplom Volkswirt (master degree in Economics) at the University of Dortmund/ Germany and received his PhD at the University of Twente/ The Netherlands
