Profile
Roberto is from Piacenza, in northern Italy, and did his Bsc in civil and environmental engineering at the University of Pavia (IT) and the Msc in civil engineering for mitigation of risk from natural hazards: this was a joint degree between the University of Pavia (IT) and University School for Advanced Studies, IUSS (IT).
Starting from November 2020 he is a PhD candidate at AIdroLab, working on modelling floods with geometric deep learning.
