Profile

Research

My research focuses on computationally informed construction systems, with the aim of incorporating materiality and structural performance into sustainable design workflows. Specifically, as a PhD candidate, I aim to study and develop digitally driven knitted textile membrane systems with varied local material properties.

Profile

I was born and raised in Athens, Greece. In 2017 I obtained a Diploma in Architectural Engineering (MArch) from the National Technical University of Athens. Soon after, I moved to the Netherlands to study Building Technology at TU Delft, at the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, from which I graduated in July 2019 with a Cum Laude. Between 2018 and 2022 I worked as a Project Engineer and Software Developer at White Lioness technologies in Amsterdam. In 2022 I started my PhD research at TU Delft, in the department 3MD of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geosciences.
