My research at the University of Verona, complemented by a visiting position at TU Delft, focuses on two primary areas within the context of the transition to Industry 5.0:

  1. Employability of individuals with psychophysical vulnerabilities
  2. Artificial intelligence and user experience in industrial settings

I investigate the intersection of these domains, exploring how emerging technologies can be leveraged to enhance employment opportunities for vulnerable populations. My work contributes to the department's mission of understanding human factors in the evolving technological landscape, with a particular emphasis on inclusive workforce development strategies and human-centered AI applications in industry.

This collaborative research approach, spanning institutions in Italy and the Netherlands, allows for a comprehensive and international perspective on the challenges and opportunities presented by Industry 5.0.
