Biography
Mohammed Sirage Ibrahim did his BSc and MSc at Addis Ababa University. Since 2015, he has been employed at the same institute working as an assistant lecturer and researcher. His main research interest was the shear and torsional behavior of RC members. Additional to his teaching and research commitments, he has been involved in the construction supervision of the tallest building in East Africa, the new CBE Headquarters, 4B+G+48.
In October 2021, he joined the section of concrete structures at TU Delft. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate investigating the shear behaviour of precast concrete bridges at intermediate support under the supervision of Dr. ir Yuguang Yang and Prof. dr. ir M.A.N Hendriks.
