Biography
Harry van der Heijden is associate professor Housing Systems and coordinator of the Real Estate Management Section within the MBE Department of the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment. He conducts both scientific research and contract research and publishes in professional and scientific journals in the field of housing. He has worked on many projects for various clients, such as governments, umbrella organizations, housing corporations and project developers. Special focus areas are the housing market and housing production. In addition, he regularly conducts international comparative research, focusing on the development of policy, housing expenditure and the various property sectors and in particular on the position of the social rental sector.
