    Gijsbert Frederik (Fred) den Toom, Certifying Engineer at the Technical University Delft started in February 2010. Fred followed the Dutch Aviation College NLC (Nederlands Luchtvaart College). In 2001 Fred started working in General Aviation as Certifying Staff and later on in combination as a Sensor Operator on the Wescam MX-15 during specialized projects.


    Currently Fred is working for an EASA Part 145 and Part M organization with is collaboration between the TU Delft and NLR (Dutch Aviation Laboratory). In this organization Fred fulfils the function as Deputy Maintenance manager and Deputy CAM Manager and Certifying Engineer (EASA Part-66 B1 and C). Fred works closely together with the Design organization and projects manager to run the projects on our Cessna Citation.
