Profile

Arnoud is a PhD researcher at Delft University of Technology, Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management. The PhD research aims to better understand the nexus between infrastructure, strategy and decision-making. The research takes place at the TU Delft and NGinfra. The focus includes energy, drinking water, bridge infrastructure, mobility and logistics (e.g. roads, waterways and rails). 

Before starting his PhD, Arnoud worked at CGI Netherlands where he co-authored a paper for the Topsector Logistiek and was involved in large public-private programmes centred around complex, networked infrastructure such as mobility and logistics.

Arnoud obtained his MSc degree Complex Systems Engineering and Management (CoSEM) from the TU Delft.
