Facilities

HollandPTC is an ‘open workshop’ on the TU Delft campus and has excellent research facilities that can be used by researchers from both inside and outside the consortium.

 

Clinical facilities:

  • Two 360° irradiation gantries equipped with in-room sliding CT scanners (Siemens) and integrated CBCT scanners (Varian On-Board Imager panels)
  • A horizontal beamline for eye treatments
  • Out-of-room imaging facilities, including a Siemens SOMATOM Definition Edge 128-slice dual-energy CT scanner, a Siemens Biograph Horizon PET-CT scanner with TrueV option, and a Philips Ingenia MR-RT Oncology 3T MRI scanner

Laboratory facilities:

  • 150 m2 research bunker with a horizontal R&D proton beamline
  • 70 m2 laboratory for technology development
  • 30 m2 laboratory for radiochemistry research
  • 30 m2 laboratory for biological research
