Chao Ma

Currently Chao Ma is working on the project  preparing high capacity adsorbents for the ⁹⁹Mo/^99mTc generator. Firstly, his research focuses on fabricating different kinds of porous materials and evaluating their molybdenum adsorption capacity. Then, new generators, which are based on a chromatographic column with a much higher molybdenum capacity, will be developed. Finally the goal of the research is achieving a generator with excellent performance that fulfils the European Pharmacopeia standards.
