6: Improving processes and systems
This is about effectively reaching a larger group of people with a more diverse range of course types. We will develop a new website that better supports learners in finding the right training and which delivers a great customer experience. Additionally, we will implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve our understanding and responsiveness to the needs of professionals and organisations, boosting our efficiency and ability to scale up.
