This is about ensuring that our courses and programmes are of consistently high quality. We will maintain a strong Quality Assurance for our LLL educational offer, including new products and formats, and update our QA cycles to include relevant policy documents and new and improved procedures.

- Adapting QA documents, processes and procedures
- Producing standard QA reports for all product type
- Expanding the range of externally accredited LLL offer
- Implementing the offer of Microcredentials for all applicable products
- Establishing a professional data infrastructure and visualisation dashboards
