A few weeks ago we conducted a small survey about the corona blues on our Instagram page. Many of you told us that you are missing a daily routine. That’s why we present you How to X – lockdown edition!
Dear Body and Mind, we need to double-down our priorities around you two. While “unprecedented times” seems to be the thing these days, we need that routine and more than ever focus on our wellbeing to improve our overall happiness. Keep up the good work and get ready for the fifth week of How to X- lockdown edition!
With this week: every day live workouts in cooperation with the Wellbeing Week, breakfast inspiration, a 'Let's talk about X' podcast about elite sports in times of Covid, daily mental routine challenges and a lecture about the science behind avalanches.

Lindy hop is a fast, swinging partner dance that evolved from the 1920s to the 1950s in the jazz clubs and ballrooms of New York. The style allows dancers (whether leading or following) a lot of room for improvisation, and is well known for its cheerful, upbeat music and much laughing and smiling.
