Bart Hermans

Before becoming a working citizen I finished various educations at different levels. My first education in the field of Information Technology (IT) was a community college-level education into network engineering. Afterward, I acquired a Bachelor degree in network engineering at Zuyd Hogeschool and an MSc degree in security and network engineering at the University of Amsterdam (UvA). In my current occupation of being a part-time Ph.D. candidate at the Cybersecurity group at the TU Delft, I'm also employed as a network engineer at the Dutch Ministry of Defense.

My research focusses the security of network infrastructure at both the Internet and data center network (DCN) level.
