Seismic retrofitting
The subsequent step after characterizing existing buildings from the seismic point of view, consists of developing appropriate retrofitting methods and to evaluate their impact on the structures. The investigation on the effectiveness of these strengthening interventions took place at connection and component level. In this section all relevant publications involving seismic retrofitting are reported.
