Get involved as a student

DAIMoND lab is where traffic and transportation meet AI, (big) data, spatial analysis, estimation, prediction, modelling, and simulation. We work with a large network of partners so that it’s virtually always possible to do your MSc thesis project in collaboration with practice. Working with us in our lab in one of our many research projects is also possible! Here are some examples of overall themes:

• Predicting traffic supply and demand in networks
• Exploring and unraveling activity and mobility patterns in data
• Designing adaptive (self-learning?) traffic control and management strategies
• Analyzing impacts of policies
