Symposium “The Future of Human-Robot Interaction”

On Friday March 22nd 2019, prof. David Abbink will hold his inaugural lecture as professor in Haptic Human-Robot Interaction. The talk “Help, my robot doesn’t do what I want! – towards human-robot symbiosis” will be held at the Aula of the TU Delft, starting at 15:00. There will be an opportunity to feel some of our haptic devices in the Foyer, before the lecture or afterwards during the reception. Everybody is welcome! If you can’t make it in person, you can watch the event online or afterwards through this link.

To further highlight the event, there will be a preceding symposium held in the morning. Six internationally renowned speakers will share their perspectives on “The Future of Human-Robot Interaction”, speaking from their diverse backgrounds in human factors, haptics, assistive robotics, human-automation interaction and ethnography.
