The search for the winners of the Earthshot Prize 2024 has begun, and TU Delft is proud to be the only Dutch University to serve as an Official Nominator. Launched in 2020, The Earthshot Prize is a global environmental prize and platform for impact, dedicated to finding and growing solutions that will repair our planet this decade. One of TU Delft’s 2022 nominees – the Great Bubble Barrier – was selected as a finalist.

The search for the winners of The Earthshot Prize 2022 has begun and TU Delft is proud to be an official Nominator. Launched in 2020, the Earthshot Prize is one of the most prestigious global environment prize in history, aiming to find new solutions to the world’s biggest environmental problems.

Van 31 oktober tot en met 6 november is het Nationale Klimaatweek. De TU Delft doet, als klimaatuniversiteit, volop mee, want aandacht voor het klimaat is urgenter dan ooit. Deze week hoor je verschillende NPO Radio 1 programma’s live vanuit de Klimaatstudio op The Green Village, de proeftuin voor duurzame innovatie op de TU Delft Campus.

Jonas Lechner is beste afstudeerder van TBM 2022! Hij dingt mee naar de prijs van TU Delft Best Graduate met zijn thesis ‘Role of household climate change adaptation in reducing coastal flood risk: the case of Shanghai.’ Op 22 november presenteren de acht kersverse ingenieurs van de faculteiten hun excellente afstudeerwerk tijdens de TU Delft Best Graduate Award Ceremony 2022.
