Thijs de Boer MSc obtained his degree in Civil Engineering (specialization Ports & Waterways) at Delft University of Technology in 2010. Since then he has been working in the field of port planning and development. He has specific expertise in master planning of port and terminal infrastructure, corridor development and Green Port initiatives. Currently, he is a part-time lecturer at Delft University of Technology and a consultant Ports & Waterways at Royal HaskoningDHV.
