Kaitai from the Cybersecurity Group @ EEMCS was invited to present technical talks and introduce the group at the ONE Conference - the Europe’s prime cybersecurity event, hosted in The Hague with 2000+ attendees. One talk was about key compromise in current secure systems and the other was for the future generation of blockchain - post-quantum secure blockchain (https://one-conference.nl/sessie/11-40-dag-1/key-compromise-is-a-big-deal-for-search-over-encrypted-database/). Part of the talks will be presented at one of the system security flagship conferences - NDSS (A* conference, as renowned as CCS, USENIX Security and IEEE S&P). Besides the above, "Securing Federated Sensitive Topic Classification against Poisoning Attacks” (led by George) - introducing a reputation score approach to protect federated learning against poisoning attacks - is also accepted by NDSS.
