Runze Wang
Runze Wang is currently working on the development of nanocarriers for alpha emitters which are suitable for alpha radionuclide therapy. He is now focusing on the design of a nanocarrier for the 212Pb/212Bi “in vivo generator”. The main challenge is to prevent the release of 212Bi from the carrier due to the internal conversion of 212Pb. He is also working on a radiobiological project about the influence of dose rate on the DNA damage induced by external irradiation using beta emitting radionuclides.
