Update on Comenius Fellowship and SURF Open & Online Education Stimulus package

Would you like to stay informed about the new themes and calls for proposals of the Comenius Fellowships and the Open & Online Education Stimulus package for supporting educational improvement and innovation? Regarding Comenius Fellowship, the hack of last spring at NWO, the organisation who grants the Comenius Fellowships, has caused significant delays in many procedures. Therefore, the themes for the Teaching Fellowship and the Senior Fellowship are planned to be published in May. (The Leadership Fellowship doesn’t have themes.) The information for the calls for proposal, including all the details about the grant and it’s procedures, structure, conditions and deadlines will be announced in June. Also the announcement of the granted applications of 2021 is delayed. NWO expects to communicate about this in June for the Senior and Leadership fellows and in July for the Teaching Fellows. Regarding the SURF Open & Online Education Stimulus package, the projects awarded for 2021 and the new annual theme of the Online pillar will be announced around 1 May. Keep an eye on this page. The stimulus package, financed by the ministery of Education, Culture and Science, is coordinated by SURF, and can be used for ICT innovation and quality improvement in education
