The SMARTboard shows a black screen/no picture. What should I do?

  1. Check if the power LED on SMARTboard is steady green (powered on)?
  2. If yes, select Quad presentation mode on operation panel. Are all 4 signals present on projection screen?
  3. If no, check if the (PC1, PC2, PC3, PC4) buttons on operation panel are all green. Select/deselect the buttons (make them green).
  4. Still no picture? Select/deselect the mute button in the top right corner of the operation panel.
  5. Still no picture? Call Support.
