Semester Dates
Which semester would you like to come on an exchange? Using the semester dates below you can choose which semester is preferable for your home study programme.
Semester 1 (Fall)
September – February
2 September 2024 – 31 January 2025
1st Period (2 September – 8 November)
2nd Period (11 November – 31 January)
Semester 2 (Spring)
February - August
3 February 2025 – 31 August 2025
1st Period (10 February – 17 April)
2nd Period (22 April - 31 August)
Semester 1 (FALL)
Nomination Period: | Nominations need to be sent by the partner university |
| Application Period: Open: Deadline: | Students need to apply before the deadline in Studielink. No extensions will be provided. |
Confirmation Statement: | Students need to confirm their planned attendance. within 5 days of receiving their admission letter |
Payment: | Students will receive their financial letter after confirming their attendance for the exchange programme and are required to pay the full amount stated in the letter before the deadline. If TU Delft housing service has been selected, it is advised to pay the full amount as soon as possible to increase the chances of housing. Partial payments will not be administered. |
Semester 2 (SPRING)
