Registration

NICFD2020 is a hybrid conference. You can join this conference live at Delft University of Technology or online via a special conference platform. Registration fees are in Euro (EUR) and include all applicable taxes.

Conference fees – live at Delft University of Technology

The live registration fees cover conference administration, rental of conference facilities and equipment, conference materials and publication charges. Lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception and conference dinner during the conference are also included.

The accompanying person fee includes welcome reception and the conference dinner on the 29th.

Special discount code for PhD students

ERCOFTAC will offer a special discount of €100 for the first 20 PhD students, who will send a mail to NICFD2020@tudelft.nl.

Please write and add the following information in this mail:

  • First and last name
  • Organisation
  • Country
  • Attendee the event live OR online
  • Copy of your student card

These students can use the discount code within 3 days, after receiving the discount code per mail from the NICFD organisation.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

    • Cancellations made before October 1, 2020 (11:59 pm CET) will receive a refund less €50,- administration fee.
    • No refunds will be granted after October 1, 2020 (11:59 pm CET). No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
    • Refunds will be made after the conference.

VISA letter

If you need an invitation letter for a visa, you must register for NICFD 2020 before we can issue an invitation letter. International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance.

In particular, you have to send your request for an invitation letter to NICFD2020@tudelft.nl including the following information:

  • First name and last name
  • Organisation
  • Country
