Stavros Makrodimitris

Stavros Makrodimitris is a post-doctoral researcher at the Delft Bioinformatics Lab and the Erasmus Medical Center. He is working on the development of non-invasive diagnostic and prognostic tools for cancer using machine learning.
His research interests include integration of different “-omics” data modalities and representation learning of biological data.
