Is your fitness routine becoming a bit boring? Do you want to be challenged in a new way, or just blow off some steam before the exams? The bootcamp training is an outdoor activity where you can push yourself through exercises and challenges!

Bootcamp is a way of exercising roughly outside. Think about squats with a tire, crawling underneath a net, throwing ropes around - All kinds of activities to train your body and mindset. You can choose to have fun and try it, or push yourself to the max and do as much as possible!
