A touch of country, a pinch of pop and a big dollop of guitars. That’s CHICKADEE!

“Oh, but if this is country, then I like country!” That is a frequently heard cry after a CHICKADEE performance. This band even gets the country haters on its side. How? By adding a good dose of pop to the genre, but at the same time staying true to the classics. That’s typically CHICKADEE!

The band was founded in 2021 by singers Kim and Marijke. The two love Americana, country and pop and their role models are singers like Brandi Carlile, Dolly Parton and Little Big Town. Whatever song they play, CHICKADEE put their own spin on it.

This evening, they are filling the cafe with their country vibes. Come by, grab a drink or this week’s special “country snack” and enjoy two packed hours of really good music!
