Lt.-Gen. Elanor Boekholt-O'Sullivan, born to an Irish father and Dutch mother, is a pioneering leader in the Dutch Air Force. A champion for diversity and inclusion (D&I), she has driven significant cultural changes within the military, ensuring all personnel feel valued and included. Her leadership style highlights vulnerability and reflection, advocating for more women in leadership roles.
