Let's not get caught up in questions like 'Is AI creative?' Instead, let's focus on how you can become more creative through interacting with AI. This lunch workshop is designed to shift your mindset on interacting with AI, empowering you to think more creatively through reversed prompting.
We'll start with a brief introduction to the theory behind creativity, followed by hands-on practice with a creativity empowering AI-tool. You'll leave with actionable insights and practical experience to boost your creativity in your AI interactions.

About the researchers
Ir. Katrina Heijne is a researcher and lecturer at the Design, Organisation and Strategy (DOS) department at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering. As part of the minor Connected Creativity and the master course 'Creative Facilitation' she developed several courses and master classes to enhance creativity in a deliberate way in individuals, groups and organization. She is co-director of the Delft Design Lab Connected Creativity.
Michail Skalistiris Pikis is a software engineer and junior creativity researcher. Since completing his MSc in Software Engineering at the University of Amsterdam, he has been exploring the relationship of human creativity and Generative AI. His ongoing work has been presented at AIXD Amsterdam 2024 and Delft's Connected Creativity Lab. Alongside his research and theoretical exploration of creativity, he co-designed and performed in a dance theater production with Plefsis Studio in June 2024.
