Dive into the challenging case of a fictitious subtropical island nation facing significant dilemmas in energy and natural resource management.
In your team of consultants, you will decide on the best way to develop the island’s natural resources sustainably and benefit the local society - whilst ensuring compliance with global climate agreements.
What would you do – become a regional CO2-storage hub or focus on tourism? Would you open new mines or recycle mine waste? Would you exploit geothermal energy or preserve UNESCO heritage sites? Or can you find a way to have it all?
