During this exclusive webinar designed specifically for TU Delft alumni, we explore practical opportunities and risks in using ChatGPT for professional work.
The workshop will be run by Derek Lomas PhD, Assistant Professor of Positive AI at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering. This webinar won’t be a lecture but an opportunity to actively engage with ChatGPT. A carefully crafted prompt will help you to individually explore the potential of ChatGPT in your own work. Then, in breakout rooms with like-minded participants, you'll discuss outcomes together. After the exercise, we'll come together to collectively analyze and evaluate your experiences, asking open questions about the opportunities and potential risks associated with AI.
This workshop is designed for all levels, whether this is your first time using ChatGPT or use it professionally every day. We can all learn from each other about how AI is changing our world.

Derek Lomas has run over a dozen AI workshops with hundreds of people, teaching students and professionals to develop new skills and perspectives with the help of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, PaLM, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, etc. He has also helped numerous clients with the integration of AI tools in the context of education, health care and product design.
