What is the OdC? How can this figure help employees of EEMCS?

We are very happy to host the Onderdeelcommissie (OdC) which is the Works Council of EEMCS!
This event is the opening talk of the series of events called "What is a...?" organized by the EEMCS Diversity and Inclusion Team (EDIT).

Last year EEMCS OdC members were chosen after the faculty employees voted. The current members are:

The central works council (OR) consists of members who are elected every three years by and from the staff. In addition to the Works Council, the university has a Departmental Committee (OdC) for each department (the eight faculties, the research institute QUtech and the University Service). They discuss, advise and vote on subjects that do not exceed the interests of the faculty or service.
