Processing - Welding and Additive Manufacturing

Invitation to the next online poster session on the theme of Processing April 8th, 15.30h - 17.00h. 
MSE PhDs and Postdocs will showcase their work and research during an hour-long online poster session on the theme of Processing - Welding and Additive Manufacturing. After the introduction and pitches, you can choose the posters of interest for more in-depth details.

Poster topics:

• Fatigue behaviour of additively manufactured and functionally graded Inconel 718: effect of texture and post-process heat treatment
• Microstructure and properties of WAAM’ed components: a step towards Functionally-Graded Materials
• Development of 4D Smart Metallic Materials (Nitinol) produced by Additive manufacturing
• Simulation of solidification microstructure during welding
